PostNL places a Schuldschein of €100 million

The Hague, 19 June 2025 – Today, PostNL announces the settlement of a Schuldschein transaction, securing an amount of €100 million. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing. The transaction comprises maturities of 3 and 5 years with both fixed and floating interest rates, supporting the optimisation of PostNL’s capital structure and funding profile.

PostNL mandated ABN AMRO, in cooperation with BayernLB, and BNP Paribas as lead managers for the transaction.
