PostNL cancels acquired shares

Today, PostNL announces the cancellation of 25,721,385 shares per 22 November 2022.

These shares have been acquired as part of the first tranche of the share buyback programme which started on 1 March 2022 and was completed on 25 May 2022. As a result of the cancellation, per 22 November 2022 the issued share capital of PostNL N.V. consists of 487,530,628 ordinary shares.
