The Hague, 2 November 2026 – A standard stamp for letters within the Netherlands will cost €1.52 from 1 January 2027. Letters sent with a standard stamp are delivered within two delivery days. The tariffs for priority letters and mourning stamps remain unchanged at €3.95 and €3.25 respectively. This mail is delivered within one delivery day. The tariffs remain within the annual scope granted to PostNL by the regulator (ACM) to adjust postal tariffs.
Maurice Unck, Director MailNL at PostNL: “We want mail delivery to remain accessible and reliable for everyone in the Netherlands. That is why we are adapting our postal service to the declining volume of mail people send. Our tariffs are adjusted accordingly, within the scope set annually by the regulator.”
