PostNL decides to cancel share

The Hague, the Netherlands, 16 September 2022 – Today, PostNL starts the process of the implementation of the resolution to cancel 25,721,385 shares.

These shares have been acquired as part of the first tranche of the share buyback programme which started on 1 March 2022 and was completed on 25 May 2022. Pursuant to the relevant statutory provisions and the articles of association of PostNL, cancellation may not be effected earlier than two months after the resolution to cancel shares has been publicly announced and the capital reduction procedure has been completed. Cancellation is expected to be completed in 2022.
